USCIS confirmed it- 75 days to process the I600. We are now looking at September to travel. 6. months. away.
My heart is breaking, I am in tears.

  2. Jess-have you thought about filing in Kinshasa but making two trips so they are short? This is what we have decided to do since it is much quicker than filing in the US. We have requested our Embassy appt but it hasn't been scheduled yet. My husband is traveling in 3 weeks or so for the interview and then he will travel back 3 or 4 weeks later to bring Jackson home. I'm sad that I can't travel but I am pregnant so I can't get the travel vaccines. Let me know if you have any questions about our process.

  3. Julie- our agency won't let us travel to file the I600, I have asked repeatedly and the answer is no, but I think I am going to ask again. Congratulations on your pregnancy! That is very exciting! I hope that you are feeling well, and that things are going great for you.
