The Barf Family

It's just as gross as it sounds.

Owen threw up last Saturday.  I thought we had escaped the dreaded move through the entire family part of it.  But then Ava threw up at school on Tuesday, Chris in the wee hours of Wednesday morning, and Truitt later on Wednesday morning.

Kembia, Moyz and I are the only ones left. I ran out for emergency cleaning supplies this morning when everyone felt decent.

For the weary hearts. Don't worry. Stay Strong. The only troublesome that try to break you are the things that are down in the dust. sweep it up and throw it out. It's that simple.

Seriously, this is all I can think about- other people throwing up tomorrow.  A bunch of people barfing together all over the floor kind of does break me just a little bit, at least for a little while.

We're supposed to head out of town on Friday night for Christmas.  We'll see.

The good thing is that it is a remarkably fast moving sickness.  People are feeling back to normal in about 12 hours.  But I would hate to get to Christmas and infect other people.  Maybe we'll  leave on Saturday morning just to give an additional night to see if something happens....
